About

My name is Tom Mudgett and I’m from Tegucigalpa, Honduras. I graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a degree in business administration and a concentration in entrepreneurship. While I’ve always been obsessed with products and technology, I found school projects that focused on solving user problems and required innovative thinking to be the most fun and rewarding. After taking a graphic design course and realizing I had some talent in this area, I decided to pursue it further after graduation.

I spent some time working in the PR department for the Honduran National Soccer Team and doing freelance design work before enrolling in Parson’s Strategic Design and Management program for my master’s degree. During my studies I refined my design and research skills.

I’ve had a lifelong interest in sports (I’m a die hard FC Barcelona and UNC basketball fan) and I was thrilled to become a product designer at GameChanger. The company gave me the opportunity to work in a field I loved and continue to grow as a designer.

My recent professional work has primarily been in mobile design, and I find it incredibly rewarding to deliver solutions that not only benefit organizations, but also create value for their users.
